Artisanal cheese made with fresh Manchego sheep's milk and cured with natural "Campo Rus" pork fat. Advanced curing for more than 12 months with a creamy and crumbly texture.

Specs

Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, lactic ferments, calcium chloride, rennet, salt and lysozyme (egg derivative). Natural lard coating on rind. 

Average curing: Minimum of 12 months.
