2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
All our products are subject to availability.
The photographs are for illustrative purposes only. As these are natural food products, slight variations in colour, texture, shape or presentation may occur from one item to another without this constituting a defect.
For products sold by weight, sliced, boned or prepared according to the customer's choice, the final presentation may vary slightly from the images shown.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of availability or inability to supply the product, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the purchase is completed.
The order will be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the corresponding confirmation has been sent by Jamonería Cobel.
4. SHIPPING
Delivery times, shipping costs and delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure.
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
5. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal shall apply only in the cases provided for by applicable legislation.
Certain food products, personalised products or products that may deteriorate rapidly may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
Jamonería Cobel is responsible for lack of conformity of the products in accordance with applicable legislation.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you should contact us as soon as possible at info@lajamoneriadecobel.com, stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs.
7. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The user agrees to use this website lawfully and not to carry out activities that may impair its operation, infringe the rights of third parties or use its content for fraudulent or commercial purposes without authorisation.
