Detailed description
The 75% Iberian acorn-fed ham from "Castro y González" is recognisable by its elongated shape with a dark, worn hoof, typical of specimens trained in the field. It has an intense, bright colour with a large presence of white veins in its texture. When tasting it, an intense and persistent aroma is appreciated, with hints of nuts and fields, obtaining a juicy balance between the degree of salinity and the careful curing, together with a long and pleasant aftertaste that further concretise the experience that this masterpiece of nature offers to the palate.
