Moliterno al Tartufo is a hard or semi-hard cheese that pairs perfectly with full-bodied red wines and has a velvety texture. It also goes wonderfully with dark, top-fermented beers, rich in strong and persistent aromas with notes of nuts, cocoa, or licorice. This cheese is made with sheep's milk from Italian farms and aged for four months, making it perfect both as a table cheese and for grating.
