Made with the whole loin cut seasoned with spices (garlic, paprika, and oregano), stuffed into pork casing, screw casing, and/or fiber casing, and cured in natural drying sheds. The whole piece measures approximately 75 cm in length. When sliced, it has a marbled and juicy appearance.
