"Son Dalabau" artisanal sobrasada, naturally cured and made with local pork. The meat of this breed of pig is considered one of the healthiest available today.

Ingredients:Bacon with antioxidants (E-320 E-321) and lean meat, salt, spices and sugar. Stuffed in non-edible pork casing.Gluten and lactose free.

Origin:Llucmajor (Mallorca).

Healing:Curing in natural drying rooms, and for a minimum of 6 months.

Detailed description

This pig has exactly 17% unsaturated intramuscular fat (PSE grade) (white pigs have around 1-2%), surpassing even Iberian pigs, making it healthier and tastier. This native breed also boasts exceptional oleic acid content (in some cases exceeding 25-30%), resulting in meat with outstanding qualities in terms of both flavor and health benefits (lowering cholesterol).
