"Son Dalabau" artisanal sobrasada with a natural curing process and made with native pork. The meat of this breed of pig is considered one of the healthiest that exists today.

Ingredients: Bacon with antioxidants (E-320 E-321) and lean meat, salt, spices and sugar. Stuffed in inedible pork casing. Gluten and lactose free.

Curing: Curing in natural drying rooms for a minimum of 6 months.
Detailed description
This pig has exactly 17% of unsaturated intramuscular fat (PSE grade), (the white pig is around 1% - 2%) even surpassing the Iberian pig, therefore it is healthier and has a better flavour than the latter. The native pig also has exceptional contents of oleic acids (in some cases it has exceeded 25-30%), which results in the meat of this pig having qualities out of the ordinary in terms of quality as a delicacy and health (anti-cholesterol meat).
