· Origin: DOCa Rioja (Fuenmayor).

· Variety: Tempranillo.

· Production: 12 months in French oak barrels.

· Serving temperature: Between 14º and 16º.

· Profile: Light on the palate, balanced and round, with good acidity, soft tannins and a long, pleasant finish . A fresh, flavorful and easy-drinking wine, with a balance between fruit and oak aging.

· Awards: 91 Peñín Points.

· Suggested pairing: Salads, pasta with rich sauces, white and red meats, small game, stews, oily fish or even white fish in sauce, sausages and cheeses.
