Ingredients: Acorn-fed Iberian pork, pork fat, salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, sugars (sugar, dextrose, lactose), dextrin, milk protein, soy protein, emulsifiers (E-450, E-452i, E-415), antioxidants (E-301, E-300), acidity regulator (E-331iii) and preservatives (E-252, E-250, E-330, E-338).
Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Curing: Between 4 and 6 months.

Made with selected lean meats and marbled Iberian pork fat, mixed with selected spices (paprika, garlic and oregano), stuffed in natural pork casing or fiber and cured in a natural drying room.
