Detailed description
Castro y González Selección is a ham with an elongated appearance, with a dark hoof worn down by long walks in the pasture. Its fat content is slightly darker than that of Castro y González de Bellota and the proportion of fat is lower, giving it a softer and more pleasant bouquet on the palate. With a minimum curing time of 36 months and a careful selection of natural cereals, grass and acorns in its diet, a Castro y González Selección is always a guarantee of flavour and quality.
