HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are €6.90, except for whole hams that do not exceed €80, which will have a shipping cost of €8.50.
All orders over €80 will be free .
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
The average estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days from receipt of the order, except for orders containing a whole, boneless and vacuum-packed sliced ham, which will have an estimated delivery time of 5-6 working days .
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
DO YOU SHIP TO CEUTA, MELILLA, CANARY ISLANDS, TENERIFE AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS?
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process orders to: Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands. Orders made through Jamonería Cobel will always be made within the peninsula.
ARE RETURNS ALLOWED?
The company accepts returns of orders within 14 calendar days , provided that the products are in perfect condition and no packaging has been opened. These measures are taken for hygiene reasons, since this product will be put back on sale. The costs of the return are the responsibility of the buyer/customer, and he/she will be responsible for payment to the transport company.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT?
It is recommended that you check the condition of the product with the delivery person. If the product has been damaged during transport, please let us know on the delivery note, indicating the incidents. Please contact us at ventas@lajamoneríadecobel.com . There will be no extra transport costs for you if this occurs.
